Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment, including for reasons of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment card will be charged at the time your order is placed. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply to your international order.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Shipped via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier schedules, or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging where possible.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety, certain items like Gloves and Hats removed from sealed packaging, final sale items, and personalized goods cannot be returned unless defective.
